Returns

At Wickerhearts we understand that you may change your mind about a product you have purchased once it arrives. Our returns policy allows customers to return items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.

If you wish to return an item please contact us at info@wickerhearts to let us know. 

• Then carefully pack the item in it's original packaging, making sure to protect the item during transit to prevent any damage.
• Use a shipping method of your choice, however, it's a good idea to get a tracking number to ensure it arrives safely.
• Once we receive the returned item, we will check it to ensure it meets the return criteria, then, if everything is in order, we will proceed with the refund or exchange to your preference. 
• If you requested a refund, we will process it using the original payment method you used during purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the payment processor. 
• If you prefer an exchange, our customer support team will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement item and will coordinate the shipment of the new item to you.
